Shipping Information:
Most orders in 2-3 business days using UPS, FedEx or USPS.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Please contact Sacs & Co., for a Return Authorization Number prior to sending any item back. No product will be accepted with out a return number confirmed and printed on the outside of the packaging. All orders cancelled after packaging will be charged a 15% restocking fee. SACS & Co., does not refund shipping fees.
Shipping & Returns
We ship with our preferred carrier, UPS. Orders are shipped on Monday - Friday, and usually will be shipped on the same day the order is placed. All items are packaged and shipped with the highest attention to safe delivery of your product. US Postal Service packages are shipped only once per week and is considered a non-expedited option for our customers.
After we have received and verified your payment by PayPal, Credit Card, Check or Money Order, we will instruct our warehouse to package and ship the items to you.
We have built an online tracking mechanism so you can track the package as is it shipped to your address.
If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return it for a refund (less shipping and handling). Send back in the original packaging. Before returning an item, you must have an Return Authorization Number from us.
