At SACS & Co. we only collect information necessary to complete your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address. We do not store credit card information. We will never sell or share your information. Promise.



How should I care for my soap and body products?

To keep your soap and bath products as nice as the day you got it, keep it out of direct sun and heat and let dry between uses. A soap dish for soap is best since they allow air to circulate under the soap—otherwise if it sits in water then it gets mushy (like any soap does).

-Do not burn near flammable objects such as curtains, lampshades, or blankets.

-Burn only on heat resistant surfaces - they can become hot enough to damage furniture.

-Keep candle free of foreign material - matches, wick clippings.

-Keep wick trimmed to 1/4 inch (about the thickness of a pencil) to avoid excessive smoking.

-Do not burn if container is cracked.

-Discontinue burning when less than 1/2 inch of wax remains.

What is your return policy?

If your soap or other product arrived damaged, please email us at customerservice@sacsandco.com and we will send you a replacement. No exchanges will be made without a Return Authorization Number. Otherwise, we cannot accept returns due to the sensitive nature of body products.
